Classes are designed to teach you the fundamentals of the sport of boxing, all while giving you one of the safest and most effective workouts on the market!!! Classes will consist of: heavy bag drills, working the speed bag, shadow boxing, jumping rope, calisthenics and non-contact sparring drills.

Well, take one of Yogi Ahmad's (Professional Boxer, Master Level Personal Trainer and Certified Yoga Instructor) classes and you will see that you are never to macho for yoga. Ahmad's over 14 years in the fitness industry allows him to make everyone feel comfortable taking his yoga class (no matter your experience). *(Offered in Semi-Private (4 People Max) and Private Sessions ONLY)
Boxing is without a doubt one of the most rewarding and challenging sports available for youth today. The combination of athleticism, physical and mental conditioning, sportsmanship, and self-dignity that is developed from a well-structured boxing program are unequaled in any other sport. Our youth program is designed to give youth a constructive and well organized program. Our youth programs are divided into two groups: RF Youth Boxing (For youth ages 12 to 18 years of age) and Young Scrappers (For youth ages 5 to 11 years of age).
In the Real Fight Club, Stamford, we will take you from a complete novice, and develop your fitness incrementally over the coming months. You will transform physically and will develop confidence in your abilities. You will have the option to spar under supervision, learning the intricacies and acquiring skills from our professional trainers. Above all else, whether you decide to compete or not, you will become the Champion of your neighborhood!
