Focus Boxing is a forty-five-minute class designed to help redirect your energy and focus onto the self. Our certified trainers keep you locked into an entertaining, challenging, and social boxing experience that puts YOUR personal well-being at the forefront, both mentally and physically. We have taken the most effective and exciting elements from boxing and constructed a unique and challenging workout that will leave you burning calories for 24 hours after you leave the gym. Beginner and Advanced level classes are available.

Focus strength is a forty-five-minute class where your mind and body are your number one priority. Our certified trainers push you to overcome your physical limits by assessing and incorporating functional movements and patterns that will assist in helping your everyday life. We incorporate various techniques including weights, bands, and compound movements, to induce muscular contraction, which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles. Focus strength will elevate you to feel stronger than ever physically and mentally.
FOCUS HIIT BOXING
Focus Hiit is a forty-five-minute upbeat class that is a total body cardio experience. The goal is to increase your heart rate and make you sweat, ridding the body of toxins and negative energy. Our certified trainers will engage you in a sequence of high-intensity drills with short recovery periods to fully optimize your workout. You will feel rejuvenated and lightened at the end of class as you decompress from your hectic schedule. All fitness levels are welcome.
Boxing Bootcamp is a forty-five-minute high-intensity class designed to increase strength, cardiovascular health, and weight loss. Our certified trainers create various challenging, creative, and fun stations that work all parts of the body. This class will keep you engaged in a friendly competitive way that pushes you beyond what you thought you were capable of. All fitness levels are welcome.
Boxing “Workout of the day” is an ever-changing high-intensity interval training class. Our certified trainers develop a fully engaged forty-five-minute challenge where you compete with yourself to complete As Many Rounds as Possible before the timer runs out. The class combines strength and conditioning boxing elements to keep your heart rate up and leave you feeling like the best version of yourself every day.

Our certified trainers build an intentional forty-five minute class that lays the foundation of boxing, and will leave you feeling stronger and more atunded with the power that lies within you. This class is for beginners and any member that needs a refresher on the basics.
BYOGA is a revolutionary design that combines Vinyasa yoga flow and boxing fundamentals. The forty-five-minute class is evenly divided into focused boxing training, and an unwinding flow with intentional movements connected to your breath. The class is created to release stress and tension while working on the body’s flexibility, posture, and mind-body connection. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to flow with the revolution!
